Young Researchers

The UCEIF Foundation, through the Santander Financial Institute (SANFI), announces an Research Grant, aiming for collaboration in the completion of Research Projects that enable advances in knowledge, methodologies and techniques related to financial activity, particularly that carried out by banks, in order to improve economic growth, country development and citizen welfare.

These grants are intended for young university researchers who submit a research project, either individually or as a team, to be developed over a period of no more than one year and related to the financial sector. PhD graduates who have not yet turned 41 on November 30 of the year of application may apply for this grant.

The grant will have a maximum endowment of 12,000 euros, to develop the research project in the period of one year (January to December of the following year the grant request).

The applications and projects submitted will be evaluated by an Evaluation Commission, formed by academic and professional experts.
